This site is run privately by its owner, not by a company. It carries no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

If you sign up for the newsletter

We store your email address, the date you signed up, which page you signed up from, and which version of the consent wording you agreed to. That is all — we do not store IP addresses, and we set no tracking cookies.

Your address is used only to send the daily email described on the newsletter page. It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

Leaving, and deletion

Every email we ever send carries a working unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your address outright — reply to any email from us and it will be removed from the list entirely, not merely marked inactive. Until the daily email launches, a signup is only a stored address waiting for it.

The rest of the site

Reading the timeline, the people, or the stories stores nothing about you. Images and text are served directly from this site.
